From your first order you will realize that Digitizing by The/Studio strives to create a personal relationship with all of our clients. Each company will be assigned to a Creative Specialist whose job is to ensure that each one of your digitizing projects is submitted to our digitizers in a timely manner, and that your design is returned to you in a prompt manner.

Furthermore, your Creative Specialist will ensure that you are completely satisfied with your design and if you are not we will make any re-edits at no charge to you
